"so, stock is kind of hit or miss"
so, I’ve had mixed luck with the stock. Some parts were available when I needed them, but others were out, which was a bit frustrating.

I ordered some parts from platt.com, and the delivery was... okay. Not exactly speedy, but apparently a couple extra days is just part of the experience. Everything did show up in good shape, so I’ll give them that. Overall, nothing terrible, just not anything I’d be excited to compliment either

Got my order from platt.com and everything was exactly right tbh. All the parts were there, counts were correct, nothing missing or mixed up. Smooth experience overall, which is really all I needed lol

I ordered a few electrical parts on Platt Electric Supply for in-store pickup, and the website itself was easy enough to use. My order was correct when I got it, so no complaints there.
The annoying part was that pickup wasn’t very quick. The staff had to hunt around for my order, and I ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes, which threw off the rest of my afternoon and ruined the quick errand plan I had. I’d probably use it again, but definitely not if I’m trying to stay on schedule.

"Returning my order was straightforward"
I ended up having to return a part I ordered by mistake from platt.com, which was totally on me because I was rushing when I placed the order after work. The return process was simple enough and didn’t take a lot of back and forth. My refund showed up a few days later, though I did send one email just to check on the status because I’m the kind of person who likes to make sure things aren’t stuck somewhere. They replied and got it taken care of. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it was a good experience and easier than I expected.

"Easy site, easy to find what I need"
Platt Electric Supply is really easy to use. I can search for what I need, find the right parts, and not spend forever clicking around. Checkout was simple too, simple and clear. It’s not super fancy, but it works, and it definitely saves me time.

"Clear prices from the start"
